Women ruled this week when Associate Justice Piper Griffin, Louisiana Supreme Court (right), gives the oath of office to the now Judge Lynn Luker. Judge Luker will serve as Judge Pro Tempore of the Louisiana Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit.
